2. Custom SIP URLs (phone addresses)
Recent studies antecipate that, in the future, users will stop punching keys in their phones, and use them just like celular phones: selecting contacts in the address book.

This suggests that, perhaps it's a very good ideia to use the user's email address as his "phone number".

After all, what's easier to remember: sergio@3gnt.net, or 914257547 ? Which represents more prestige, reliability and uniqueness ?

Just register your Internet domain name with us, (or transfer it, if you already have one), for 35 EUR + VAT / year, and your VoIP phone number will be the same as your email address! Don't forget to mention this, when you fill your registration form !

 
3. Integration with legacy equipment
Most companies are of course receptive to VoIP solutions, since they represent large cost reductions and increasing voice/video communications features. However, most of those companies invested already large amounts of money in legacy telephony equipments.

4. CTI - Computer Telephony Integration
Microsoft Windows integrates TAPI technology, which allows certain "events" to be generated each time you select a telephone contact (like dialing to someone), or each time an incoming call is detected, (like displaying a popup with the caller's name).

3GNTW is capable of registering it's VoIP services as a Windows TAPI agent, allowing you to place a VoIP call to anyone using Microsoft Outlook, and many other applications.

Let's say you want to contact one of your Outlook's contacts:

  1. Select the person to contact, in Microsoft Outlook, with the right mouse button, and choose Contacto da chamada...:

  2. In the dialing window, select Iniciar chamada:

  3. Your IP phone will start ringing, answer it;
  4. Ony now your contact's number will be called, obviously at a very low price per minute.

5. Integration with business applications
Whether using an appropriate IP phone (check the Cisco and Polycom phones), or using any other equipments, (using IVR - Interactive Voice Recording), it's possible to:

We can provide you with DID's (numbers) anywhere in the World. We call that call origination.

When using our call origination we won't charge you anything for the calls anyone make to you, (except if you want premium numbers, so you can receive revenues from the calls you receive), any deposit, or any value at all for the call detail record. You'll just have to pay the small installation and monthly fees for the service, and you can give up at any time, with no costs.
